1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

All vehicle history reports purchased through TheAutoVerify are final and non-refundable once the report has been successfully generated and delivered. Our reports are digital products that are accessed immediately after purchase. Once delivered, the service is considered fully rendered and completed.

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the contents of the report, change of mind, or expectations regarding the information provided.

2. Exceptions – Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate or Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same report, we will verify the duplicate transaction and refund the additional charge.
  • Technical Glitch: If a verified technical error on our platform prevents the report from being generated or delivered after payment, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • No Data Available: If no data exists for the vehicle VIN submitted and we are unable to generate a report, a refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Dissatisfaction with report findings or vehicle history results.
  • Delays caused by email delivery issues or customer-side technical problems.
  • Failure to review product details before completing the purchase.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the eligible exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Your request must include:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address used for purchase
  • Order ID or Transaction ID
  • VIN Number submitted
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of duplicate charge (if applicable)

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the review process and affect future service eligibility.
